Run #461: Sunday 6th October 2019 @ Sungei Sendat Waterfalls

October 1, 2019 by hashadmin Leave a Comment

Run Site: Sungei Sendat Waterfalls, Hulu Selangor
Travel Time: 70 to 80 minutes, depending on starting point
Date: Sunday 6th October, 2019
Registration: 1:00PM onwards
Run Starts at:2:00 pm
Hares: Ong family
Co-hares: Lai and Grigolo families

We are back at the Sungei Sendat waterfalls this month, on the fringes of a forest reserve, with sun-drenched (or rain-drenched, depending on the weather) greenery all around.
The short run is 2km and the long one is ~4km, with two river crossings.

Head over early if you fancy a picnic and a paddle by the cool waters of the cataracts.

As usual, we will have cold drinks and hot dogs (made with Victoria Crest sausages), so bring a little pocket-money.
And don’t forget towels and a change of clothes, after you’ve cooled off in the water after the run.
